A sense of place
Wines born of schist and time
On the high plateau of the Douro Superior, between Numão and the Ribeira da Teja, the vines grow on schist terraces laid out like a patchwork quilt. It is from this exceptional terroir — poor soils, dry summers and the ancient memory of the Côa engravings — that our wines are born.
